We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with 1+ years of experience to manage IT recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle end-to-end HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews).
- Post job openings and manage hiring through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage onboarding , documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Maintain HRMS data, attendance, and leave records.
- Support payroll by preparing monthly HR inputs.
- Handle employee grievances and HR queries.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Manage statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).
- Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal cycles.
- Manage exit process and conduct exit interviews.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 1 +years experience as HR Executive / HR Generalist.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HRMS systems & recruitment tools.
- Basic understanding of labour laws & HR policies.
